TMW Consulting, named using the initials of Ms. O’Brien’s son, was founded in March 2003. The focus of TMW Consulting is to provide not-for-profit organizations, small businesses and corporate clients with a development strategy that enables resource, training, support and service. TMW Consulting embraces the core values of integrity, leadership, trust, ownership, inclusion and passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Primary services include strategic and development planning, executive search and coaching, conference coordination and training, board and committee development, launch of new special events and individual, corporate and high level major giving solicitation, foundation research and grant writing.

Since the onset of the recession in 2008, specialized focus has been given to organizations requiring turnaround performance and individuals experiencing personal and professional transitions. Short-term/long-term staffing has been provided to fill key position vacancies, accelerate revenue generation and effectively transition responsibilities once results have been achieved.
